Astronomers Thinks Planet Nine Hiding in Our Solar System

Astronomers thinks that Earth like planet may be hiding in our own solar system. New theory starting debate on the existance of Planet Nine of solar system. As distance from centre of Solar System increases there is decrease in Sun light, so even a large planet could easily escape from discovery.

Planetary scientists from Japan, Patryk Sofia Lykawka of Kindai University and Takashi Ito of the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan suggest new theory for Planet nine. The Trans-Neptunian Objects (TNOs) found out there, beyond Planet Neptune shows exceptional behaviors. Those exceptional behaviors could signs presence of an amazing hidden world.

According to two scientists, Planet Nine is on a tilted orbit and located closer than the disputed Planet Nine. Planet Nine is frozen and dark from the Sun, would be no grater than three times the mass of Earth and that world is nearer than 500 astronomical units.

Pluto is about 40 astronomical units from the Sun. Frozen world is no farther than 500 astronomical units. Most farthest object that have been found in the Solar System was at a distance of 132 astronomical units from centre of solar system means from the Sun.

All dwarf planets, rocks and asteroids are in the Kuiper belt and objects contains are Trans-Neptunian Objects (TNOs). All TNOs shows peculiar clustering behavoiur suggest them prresence of 9th Planet hiding beyond our range of visibility.

“We predict the existence of an Earth-like planet and several trans-Neptunian objects on peculiar orbits in the outer solar system, which can serve as observationally testable signatures of the putative planet’s perturbations,” the two scientists wrote.

“We determined that an Earth-like planet located on a distant and inclined orbit can explain three fundamental properties of the distant Kuiper Belt: a prominent population of TNOs with orbits beyond Neptune’s gravitational influence, a significant population of high-inclination objects, and the existence of some extreme objects with peculiar orbits,” they write.

Scientists pair shows signs of their hypothetical planet. According to duo, Planet’s gravity would push TNOs together into clustered populations beyond 150 Astronomical Units (AU).
